Quinteto Suárez Paz

The violinist Fernando Suárez Paz has a vast career that goes beyond 10 years –between 1978 and 1988– as member of Astor Piazzolla Quintet. All along his career, he got to know from the core different styles and ways of expression of an heterogeneous range of typical orchestras that include Horacio Salgán, Miguel Caló, Fulvio Salamanca, Pedro Laurenz, Aníbal Troilo, Mariano Mores, Atilio Stampone, Leopoldo Federico, Osvaldo Requena and Osvaldo Berlingieri. He is the first violin for the Café de los Maestros orchestra. He was also invited as a concertina player for important directors who performed in the country, such as Burt Bacharach, Lalo Schifrin and Michel Legrand, and he was member of the National Symphony Orchestra and the Buenos Aires Philharmonic Orchestra. However, he prefers the quintet where he plays Piazolla repertory. The violinist will be accompanied by Daniel Falasca (double bass), Ricardo Lew (guitar), Federico Pereiro (concertina) and Nicolás Ledesma (piano). Beatriz Suárez Paz will be singing at the show.
