Martín Alvarado y Horacio Avilano Trío presentan Más allá

The first one, Martín Alvarado, is a singer. He has made several tours around Europe and has edited three CDs: Martín Alvarado (2003), Así es mi tango (2006)- with guests as Leopoldo Federico- and Tango norte, tango sur (2008), registered with the Finnish group Quinteto Otra Vez. The second one, Horacio Avilano, is a guitarist and has a vast experience as accompanist, at different times, of figures like Edmundo Rivero, Floreal Ruiz, María Graña and Adriana Varela. Together they will present Más allá, a CD with Avilano’s arrangements and direction. They go beyond tango to play milongas, zambas and latin American songs. The program includes tangos like “Más allá”, “La última cita” and “Tapera”, the milonga “Campo afuera”, the waltz “Vieja casa”, the Chilean guarania “Solitario” and the zamba “Criollita de mis amores”, among others. They also recorded an unknown song: “Petit bar”, a Roberto Grela and Homero Expósito’s tango, which will be live played.
