Pedacito de cielo's biography

Pedacito de cielo

The Buenos Aires Planetarium, pride of the City, treasures images of thousands of celestial bodies that danced to the astonishment of almost seven million people, along the 25 thousand shows offered during three decades. The show of the firmament. The concerts at the Planetarium have become a classic of the Tango Festival, presenting this year the quartet formed by Pablo Agri (violin), Lautaro Greco (concertina), Emiliano Greco (piano) and Juan Pablo Navarro (double bass), alternating with projections especially edited by the filmmaker Carlos "Kako" Sanchez. Many tango song titles are allusive to the sky, for example “Lluvia de estrellas” and “Concierto en la luna” by Maderna, in addition to the lovely waltz by Francini, Stamponi and Expósito that gives the show its name. The Festival summoned these artists of different genres (instrumental tango and audiovisual languages) to explore, in turns, likely or unlikely encounters between stars and tangos.
