Adriana Varela's biography

From that novel singer supported by Roberto Goyeneche in the nights of Café Homero to the present day, a lot of things have happened in Adriana Varela´s career. She toured the country several times, released a series of records, as a solo artist and with guests, and was the chosen voice for the written but not published tangos by Enrique Cadícamo. She performed in the Nantes and Paris festivals and in the Grec Theater of Barcelona. She performed in Rome, Athens and London, shared concerts with Joaquín Sabina and worked with Jaime Ross. She always had a very good repercussion and is considered as one of the most popular singers of tango nowadays in Argentina as well as other countries of America and Europe. In Tango Buenos Aires she will do a review that at the same time is a panoramic view of her career of twenty years in tango. She will also sing pieces from her last album and DVD called Encaje. She will be accompanied by Marcelo Macri (piano and direction), Horacio Avilano, Rafael Varela y Osvaldo Burucuá (guitars) and Walther Castro (bandoneon).
