LOS Arregladores's biography

Tango arrangers and orchestrators have accomplished the task of adapting pieces to the musical styles of large orchestras and ensembles. The two most important trends since the 40s were shaped by Argentino Galván and Héctor María Artola. Galván actually expressed that “making arrangements is like tailoring a suit for an orchestra.”
This homage will feature special orchestrations composed between 1940 and 1960 by Argentino Galván, Héctor Artola, Ismael Spitalnik, Pascual Mamone, Emilio Balcarce and Julián Plaza, performed this time by a great typical orchestra which will also play previously unreleased pieces.
