TANGO FUSIÓN (ALEMANIA) 's biography

TANGO FUSIÓN (ALEMANIA)

The four musicians of Tango Fusión establish a bond between the metropolises of Berlin and Buenos Aires and, consequently, between musical expressions from Latin America and Europe. Their arrangements mix together the expressive and dramatic original force of Argentine Tango with the severe and classical tradition of Western chamber music.
Kurt Weill is the famous German composer of the Two-Cents Opera. In many of his pieces, tango rhythms are blended in. In his project Kurt Goes Tango, Tango Fusión plays tango songs by Kurt Weill, but with arrangements by Argentine composers, as if they were Argentine classics. Lotar Hensel (bandoneon), Radan Radosavievich (violin), Ulf Borgwardt (violoncello), Oliver Potratz (double bass).
