ANOCHE - UN BAILE DE TANGO's biography

This dance production revolves around six characters: three men and three women who spend the night in a ballroom. With the purest tango-dance language, small stories emerge about encounters, relationships and loneliness; some are passionate, some are sentimental, and others are humorous stories. The action takes place during a milonga night. The direction and choreography are by Laura Falcoff and Camila Villamil. With original score by Nicolás Villamil and tango, waltz and milonga songs performed by the orchestras of Osvaldo Fresedo, Carlos Di Sarli, Julio De Caro and Francisco Canaro. In addition, the vocals by Mercedes Simone, Nelly Omar and Azucena Maizani.
The dancers on stage are: Artemisa Pájaro, Teli Ortiz, Camila Villamil, Julio Bassan, Charly Terraza and Daniel Sansotta. Lighting design by Magalí Perel and costume design by Mini Zuccheri.
