ENCUENTRO CON COLECCIONISTAS, POR BORIS PUGA's biography

Tango is memory in motion, and those who zealously keep memories to show them to new generations are tango’s finest instruments. For this reason, like every year, the Festival opens its door to the Encuentro de Coleccionistas, a not-to-be-missed event in which these untiring tango lovers exhibit albums, scores, documents and historical recordings. In this new edition, the meeting hosted by the specialist Gabriel Soria will be graced with the presence of Boris Puga, one of the greatest tango collectors, especially coming from Montevideo, Uruguay. There will be also a homage to Pancho de Pompeya and Osvaldo Firpo, two thoroughbred collectors who left their mark in history.
