MARÍA GRAÑA Y ESTEBAN MORGADO's biography

From the intimacy of the vocals and the guitar, María Graña and Esteban Morgado will join on stage to perform music classics, some bolero and folk songs. This is the encounter of two artists with a long history in Tango. With a temperamental and tuneful voice, Graña started her career in the 1970s; was Osvaldo Pugliese’s protégée in her beginnings; became part of the cast of the musical variety show Tango Argentino, which renewed the international interest for tango; went on tour, and was distinguished with several awards. On the other hand, Esteban Morgado is the guitarist who has performed with everyone. He accompanied Alfredo Zitarrosa, Isabel Parra, Ranko Fuchisawa, Roberto Goyeneche, Litto Nebbia, Raúl Lavié, Adriana Varela, Dina Rot, Susana Rinaldi, and León Gieco, among others. As a bandleader, he has recorded seven albums.
