LUCÍA D’AGOSTINO 's biography

Lucía D’Agostino had the honor of being Roberto Goyeneche’s student. Her performances pay homage to the maestro and are sponsored by Club Amigos del Polaco, whose president is his wife, Luisa Goyeneche. One of Goyeneche’s teachings is that the singer has to sing; seek his own way, his style; tell stories through singing and avoiding imitation; and be authentic to himself. At the Festival, she will perform songs from her recent CD: Tangos que no debo.
