RASCACIELOS's biography

To conclude the Stage Tango Semifinal, a grand milonga will be held at Centro de Exposiciones. This event will feature Rascacielos, an orchestra created at the end of 2009, which will faithfully perform a repertoire including classics from the 40s, 50s and 60s: traditional songs and pieces to tango aimed at milonga enthusiasts. For a few months now, the band has been organizing the Milonga en Orsay, held every Thursday in the neighborhood of San Telmo. A youthful environment where it is possible to dance with a live orchestra, take tango classes and enjoy the exhibitions with a DJ until the early morning. The band members have participated in major orchestras. They are: Fulvio Giraudo (piano), Nicolás Tabbush (violin), Patricio Bonfiglio (bandoneon), Héctor “Limón” García (vocals), Pablo Clavijo (violin and viola), Cristian Basto (double bass), Julián Arellano (violoncello).
