Talent Campus

The 6th edition of Talent Campus Buenos Aires starts on April 6th 2011, with the presentation of the main experts of the film industry.

University of Cinema invites young filmmakers from all South American countries to participate in the fifth edition of Talent Campus Buenos Aires that will take place between the 6th and 9th of April 2011, in cooperation with the Berlin Film Festival - Berlinale Talent Campus, BAL (Buenos Aires Lab) and the 13th Buenos Aires International Independent Film Festival (BAFICI).

The main objective of Talent Campus is to generate an environment of participation and communication between young South American filmmakers to contribute to their training through contact with important figures and the exchange of ideas and projects. The Talent Campus will take place at the University of Cinema during four days and will consist of various seminars and workshops taught by outstanding professionals, scholars and intellectuals of the region and the entire world that will provide a framework both theoretical and practical that will enrich the training of the participants. The selected participants, in addition to the specific activities on Campus, will be able to attend the 13th Buenos Aires International Independent Film Festival (BAFICI) where they may improve their experience in the field of cinema.

In each of the five previous editions, the Talent Campus Buenos Aires has had a paradigmatic topic as the axis of all its activities. In this sixth edition, “Cinematic Forms” has been established as the theme.
