Marc Perrenoud

The pianist Mark Perrenoud was born in 1981 in Geneva. By 2001 he was already playing with different bands, sharing festivals at Montreux, Lugano, Berna, Sunside and La Défense Jazz Féstival, among others. He was awarded the Montreux Jazz Chrysler prize, Zurich Friedwald prize, and also Best Solo Artist in 2006 at Berna Festival. He played with Baenz Oester, Nicolas Maret, Grégoire Maret, Bertrand Blessing, Nicolas Masson, Pierre Audétat, Sylvain Ghio, Ivor Malherbe, Stefano Saccon, among others. He is part of Piano Seven band. This year, Marc Perrenoud Trio- completed by the drummer Cyril Regamey and double-bass player Marco Müller- won the ZKB Zurich Jazz competition. Stream Out, is his first trio album.
The drummer Cyril Regamey was born in 1977 in Lausana. He is part of projects such as Kiku and Triolisme apart from being member of the International Percussion Center of Geneva (CIP) and contributing with the IRCAM of Paris.
The double-bass player Marco Müller was born in Freiburg in 1980. He played with Enrico Pieranunzi, Dominic Egli, Andi Scherrer, Cyril Regamey, Sandy Patton, Domenik Landolf, Stefan Aeby, Daniel Wootli and the New York Voices, among others.
