Biography

Bassist and composer Mariano Sívori graduated from the National Conservatory and the Bass Collective of New York. He has recorded and played with Esteban Sehinkman, Ligia Piro, Juan Cruz de Urquiza, Ernesto Snajer, Mariano Loiácono, Pablo Rodríguez, Manolo Juárez, Les Amateurs, Alejandro Demogli and Diego Schissi. He received a grant from the Metropolitan Fund for Culture, Arts and Sciences, to record and produce his first solo album, No Dogma (BAU). His sextet is completed by Ramiro Flores and Gustavo Musso (saxes), Lucio Balduini (guitar), Cirilo Fernández (piano), Daniel Piazzolla (drums).
