ShowsThere are two characters; a professor and a student who are inside the class, discussing their points of view on politics, while outside there is a student demonstration claiming for their rights. It is the famous Marcha de los Pingüinos (Penguins March) which took place in 2006. Calderón uses this setting to confront two generations which live in the same country, but that haven´t experienced the same story nor the same tragedies.

This is the story of three brothers who in the year 2014, and during a war Chile is having against Peru and Bolivia, will have to discuss about politics and shall be forced to share their views on the concepts of commitment and nationalism since one of them has been called to join the army a day after Christmas. Simultaneously, as if this was not enough, the Mapuches in the south, succeeded in achieving the separation from the rest of the country and created their own state; Mapu.
