 Cirilo "Chivi" Fernández's biography

The composer and pianist Cirilo Fernández was born in Switzerland in 1975. His music has been interpreted in international festivals. He integrates the Mariano Sívori Sextet, the Hill Greene Quartet and Alan Plachta’s septet. He composes music for movies. He recorded with Alvin Queen, Reggie Johnson, Duduka da Fonseca, Nilson Matta, Kim Thompson, Massimo Biolcatti, Jesús Santandreu, Ferenc Nemeth, Daniele Camarda, Walter Smith, Kendrick Scott and Javier Vercher. His albums are Snap to Reverse, Bern it Down, Flan and Triathlon. The trio is completed by Daniel Piazzolla (drums) y Mariano Sívori (double-bass).
