Biography
Pianist Manuel Ochoa was born in La Plata in 1979. Locally, he has accompanied Fats Fernández, Susana Rinaldi, Walter and Javier Malosetti, Hernán Merlo, Marcelo Torres, Ligia Piro, Oscar Giunta and Luis Cerávolo, among many others. Rudias was his first solo album in 2006. His second one, Manare, was recorded in a trio format. His most recent projects include a tribute to Oscar Peterson and the entire production of Fauna, an album featuring his own compositions. The band is made up of Ezequiel Dutil (double bass), Gustavo Camara (saxes), Sergio Wagner (trumpet), Pepi Taveira (drums) and Ramiro Penovi (guitar).
