Biography

Pianist Ernesto Jodos was born in Buenos Aires in 1973. He studied at Berklee, Boston. He has played and recorded with outstanding musicians from Europe and America, and toured as a piano accompanist for Barry Altschul, Chris Cheek, John Hebert and Billy Harper, among others. He created and coordinates the jazz program at the Manuel de Falla Conservatory. He has released numerous albums, in various instrumental settings, not only with jazz musicians but also with composers of the Argentine academic tradition. His latest releases are Fragmentos del mundo (BlueArt, 2011) and Light Blue (RivoRecords, 2012).
