Biography

Drummer Sergio Verdinelli was born in 1975. He studied with Pepi Taveira, Ernesto Jodos, Mono Fontana and Enrique Norris. He has participated in rock, jazz and folk projects. He recorded two albums: Primo and Sicomoro. He has played with Luis Alberto Spinetta, supported Fito Páez and was part of Illya Kuryaki. Also, he was awarded Best New Jazz Artist in 2005. Currently, Verdinelli works in different projects with Pepi Taveira, Rodrigo Domínguez, Juan Cruz de Urquiza, Ernesto Jodos, Mariano Otero, Luis Nacht, Hernán Merlo, Ramiro Flores, Hernán Jacinto, Diego Urbano, Patricio Carpossi and Richard Nant.
