
Armando Bo

Born in Buenos Aires in 1914, he started his career as an actor. In 1948 he and Elías Hadad founded the production company Sociedad Independiente Filmadora Argentina, through which he produced and starred in Pelota de trapo (L. Torres Ríos, 1948). From 1957 on, he directed Isabel Sarli in a series of films that include El trueno entre las hojas (1958), La burrerita de Ypacaraí (1962), Carne (1968), Fiebre (1962) and Una viuda descocada (1980). He passed away in 1981 in Buenos Aires.
