Alberto de Zavalía

Biography
Born in Buenos Aires in 1911, he passed away in 1988. He completed Law School but never worked as a lawyer. In 1935, he founded with Luis Saslavsky the production company SIFAL, which was disbanded that same year. He directed, among others, La vida de Carlos Gardel (1939), Dama de compañía (1940) and The Doctress Wants Tangos (1949).
