Synopsis
Located in the north of the continent, the northern forest of Canada have an abundant variety of plant life that goes 200 million years back. It is the world’s second largest reserve of bitumen, a combination of oil and sand. Mettler’s camera flies over that: an extension that features all kinds of textures and forms where one can begin to appreciate the richness of the landscape, the variety of colors, and the way industrialization modifies and interrupts nature.
