Biography

Saxophonist Gustavo Musso was born in 1974. He began his formal studies at the school of the Musicians Union. He won a scholarship to continue his training at Berklee College of Music, Boston. He was awarded several times by La Nación newspaper. This year, after touring internationallyin over thirty citieswith his band Escalandrum, he will perform a tribute concert to the great saxophonist Art Pepper with his jazz ensemble. The material was recorded and produced by the label RivoRecords. At this year’s BAJ, he will perform with Francisco Lo Vuolo (piano), Eloy Michelini (drums) and Jerónimo Carmona (double bass).
