Crossovers

This series has become a true hallmark of the Festival. Local and guest musicians come together to share the stage and perform with no safety net other than their own talent, audacity and generosity. These are catalytic encounters, which forge new lasting artistic relationships. The audience becomes a witness to, and judge of, a very unique show that is not easy to find in other parts of the world. This year, we have increased the number of stages for these crossovers. In addition to Notorious and Café Vinilo – which will open their doors like in previous editions of the Festival Internacional Buenos Aires Jazz – several venues of the City are also willing to bear witness to the new music springing from this celebration of diversity, which features musicians of the most diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
